Poetry of Place

So the idea of this project was to have one chair and one corner of a room and then to tell a story with those two elements. I chose a large whimsical chair, a floor and a ceiling with black and white tiles, and a tiny door to have a sort of Alice in Wonderland effect. I didn't want to have a very strong light source because I wanted it to show a sort of desperation that the very large chair could not get through the very small doorway, and a sense of mystery about what is on the other side. Again, I'll post a better picture soon. We had to do the entire project in scribbles, as it was inspired, in terms of value creation, by Sol Lewitt's scribble drawings.
